* Victorian legislation requires that Victorian residents receive non-cash prizes so Victorian winners will receive a store gift card of their choice. Raffles are run under Charity Fundraising No. 18195 (ACT R 17/00187, Vic 10542/18) . Entrants must be Australian residents or if successful in the draw, receive any prize in Australia. Charges are based on prizes, total call centre, mailing and other approved costs providing benefits to the authority holder The KidzWish Foundation of not less than 40% of gross proceeds, and charges to the trader of not more than 60% (out of which all charges are paid) of gross proceeds.
The promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or becomes invalidated from entry or does not claim a prize within 3 months of the draw. For any prize that remains unclaimed after the claim date (set out in the particulars), a second draw will be conducted 3 months after the draw date at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written direction given under an applicable law.

To support our work with young people The KidzWish Foundation Inc collects your personal information at kidzwish.charityraffle.com.au, in person and on the phone to sell you raffle entries and to administer your participation in draws for prizes together with lottery manager InsightCFS (www.insightCFS.com.au/privacy). Banks, mail house and other suppliers including InsightCFS receive your information in order to provide these services. If you do not provide contact information we may not be able to include you in the draw for prizes. Information is not sent overseas.
